April Garden Bloggers Bloom Day

I’m back, I’m back in the saddle again. Sorry, but that’s the song stuck in my head right now.

Here’s my first Bloom Day post in a long time. I still don’t have my plants in the ground at my new house, but that isn’t stopping them from blooming. All but one of these is still in a pot that I brought from the old garden.

This honeysuckle is one of the few plants that gets to stay.
Too bad you don't have smell-a-vision.

Starts of my trusty chenille plant from the old garden.
Seems to bloom year-round.

  2. Hello! We'll miss you in Westbury, but I know you will do great things at your new place! Do you know where to buy fragrant honeysuckle? I've tried Buchanan's and Joshua's. I'll trade you cuttings for white shrimp plant and white cats whiskers cuttings, etc. Good luck with the garden!

    1. Hey Laurie,
I'd love for you to stop by and take some cuttings. I don't think I have your email address, send me a note at houstongardengirl at gmail dot com and we can figure out a time.
